Sellers, agents, and developers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including details, pricing, and images. PREM reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or is flagged as suspicious by our AI fraud detection system without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the PREM platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PREM or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The PREM platform is provided 'as is' without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. PREM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any transactions between users.

7. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PREM. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Use.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
