1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for services purchased on PREM. By purchasing a subscription or promotional credits, you agree to this policy. Our goal is to ensure a transparent process for all users.
2. Subscription Services (Plans)
Subscription plans (e.g., Pro Agent, Elite Agency) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but it will not auto-renew. Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, except in specific circumstances outlined below.
3. Promotional Credits & Add-Ons
Promotional credits (e.g., Hot, Super Hot, Refresh credits) are purchased as add-ons. These credits are non-refundable once purchased and have no cash value. Unused credits will expire according to the terms specified at the time of purchase or at the end of your subscription period, whichever is earlier.
4. Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds for subscription services may be considered under the following conditions: (a) Technical Failure: If you were charged for a subscription but were unable to access the paid features due to a persistent, verifiable technical failure on our platform. (b) Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable: All promotional credits and add-ons. Subscription fees for periods where the service was available to you, regardless of your usage. Any fees for services that have already been rendered or consumed (e.g., a listing that has already been promoted).
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@prem.com.pk within 7 days of the charge. Please provide your user ID, the transaction details, and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
7. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
8. Changes to the Policy
PREM reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
